only familiar with the 1st one, the original - not the multitudes of flavours that came later.
quite frankly i dont even know the meaning of very many of those flags - seems every tom, dick & harry is creating some obscure flag !

AfD also has links to Russia and there's a good chance Russia is using their resources to promote AfD through social media. It's beneficial for Russia to have a destabilised Germany.

Your post was informative and very relevant until the highlighted part. It's fascinating how Russian conspiracy theories are very mainstream and acceptable when cited on behalf of a Leftist agenda.

Opposition parties, center-right to right, in Germany, France, Romania, etc are all suddenly viewed to be a danger to "democracy", so need to be banned, even if people vote for them. Seems a bit fascist to me.

I don't think parties should be easily banned at all, whatever their persuasion - that's a slippery slope.

The question then is what criteria would have to be met for a party to be banned?

It's for parades, universities. gatherings etc. To signal what you have under your pants and what you want to put it into.

An even more slippery slope. The criteria will be determined by the ruling party.

Have these parties called mass rallies and started to intimidate opposition with violent behaviour?
Calling for the deportation of immigrants that don't want to integrate into German culture, is not wrong in my opinion, but in on the other hand the problem is already when you allow cultures to come into your country, where you know they won't integrate all, as their culture is fundamentally different to what your population is.
There is more to this, than just banning "nazi's". It is happening in too many countries to be by accident. There seems to be a puppet master somewhere.
