Afrihost Airmobile provisioning/activation issue

Is it normal for this process to take long?
I bought a fresh MTN SIM, RICA'ed it and activated it.
Then added it on Airmobile, and now I wait.
Afrihost promise 15min - 48 hours for activation/provisioning, but I am already on 5 days.
Can we blame MTN? But surely Afrihost should have a better SLA with MTN to be able to put pressure on them.
Tried Afrihost Whatsapp support, but not much progress so far.

Apologies for the issues faced.

If it's a brand new MTN simcard we advise clients to load R2 airtime and make a chargeable call of 5 seconds or so.

This activates the number on MTN network and allows the Opt-in process for Afrihost to continue.

If you are still experiencing the issue please send me a pm with the number in question for me to investigate for you.

I did the same as Nephew_ above, it's now been 3 days and my sim has still not been provisioned.

We are experiencing difficulties with Provisioning MTN Mobile Sim cards and working with our Dev Team to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
