On a related, but slightly off topic note, have any of you noticed that HTTP traffic becomes really slow, or time's out, when downloading torrents?

People tend to always jump at the download speed as an issue but remember there is always an overhead in any web traffic. Limiting downloads won't help if you do not limit your up. Up to 85% of your upload limit is recomended, more than that and you will basicly flood your up pipe and harm the latency from your pc to the site.
