We need to look at this on a case by case basis and determine where the issues are coming in.
Upgrades for the South are on the way.
 
I can't even do a speedtest because it halts itself 2 thirds through. Up to that point I had 0.61Mbps speed, and 11ms ping.

This is on 2Meg.

Really, really disappointing. It's getting much worse by the day.

Look at the third, 4th and 5th hops, except for the packet loss it seems normal. It's like stuff doesn't wanna go through, that's causing websites to just stop loading as well.

What is "the Telkom guest account"?

High/ erratic latency on the exchange will almost always yield a poor experience.
The Telkom guest account is an account that works off the Telkom backbone, being able to browse saix.net and some others. It's a good base test - if both results are poor it generally means there's an issue on the line/ exchange as opposed to the data.

Not looking good and fluctuating quite a bit. I know it does not seem to be a huge jump, but this makes gaming a pain in the @ss! PLease look into this as this is now 2 days in a row where the performance deteriorates throughout the day.

Well I am getting ping spikes which results in lagging. My ping is normally between 9 and 12ms all the time, but since last night it goes up to 250ms, but very random.
