Personally from what I have read on the thread that closed about a month ago, they were quite a few positive things said about AH, since the issues have started and have not yet been fixed, you can understand the frustration that your clients are dealing with, it's unfortunate for you guys that a new thread was created when s*** hit the fan on your network, so you can expect negative things to be said, I'm positive that when your network is "running like a bomb" you will see a lot of positive feedback....

I definitely appreciate the frustration that many are feeling at the moment, not having a consistently performing connection is probably one of the greatest frustrations in the world.

And I don't think there would be as many posts if you guys didn't care about seeing our network performance improve and return to normal.

I also know it is irritating to hear the AfriGeeks keep telling you things are getting better or will get better, and I appreciate how you guys have been patient with us during this trying time.

I am trying to get some details now... :)

I have a feeling there is an interesting story here.

What Crystal Web being bought out? That would suck, was considering giving them a test run. You mentioned yesterday that you would see if they could give my account a boost, it has actually got slower?

Methinks it is more to do with the Husky Rescue centre than a buy-out.
