Getting 0.5MB down and 0.4 MB up on a 20MB business line again. Centurion. Exact same thing happened at exact same time yesterday.

Looks like the high latency is spiking up at the exchange, on the 2nd hop.

Yeah it spikes at the exchange, but the latency is due to the third hop.

If it's spiking at the exchange you'll see the same results throughout the traceroute. Your worst response on the router also doesn't look good

Yeah it does that. But as an average, the third hop is 130ms, whereas the 2nd is 8ms. So the third hop is definitely the culprit here.

It's hard to look at a result with latency spikes though, could you paste another when you see normal returns from your router/ the exchange?
