Ahhh, So it definitely is Afrihost's problem then. All the other issues must be the same thing, Because it is very evident - IPC's are maxed out and getting more and more congested.

I don't know where the problem lies - all I want is for it to be sorted, whether it be a problem at the exchange, isp, wherever, just want my money's worth.

If it is an issue Telkom's side - I pay AH to manage my line, so manage and get it sorted.
If it is an issue on AH's - get it sorted.
Either way, get it sorted.

I cannot reiterate this enough, there is definitely not an IPC issue or a lack of IPC capacity at the moment.

I know it is frustrating to having shaping applied to your Uncapped account, but that is why we offer TurboCharge minutes to all of our Uncapped users.

I tried, I really really did, cant take it anymore... to top it all off QBR-905-90269

was a ticket I opened the 23rd.

I was asked to do a lot of troubleshooting, posted back.

and nothing.

Really hope it doesn't persist for months like it did last year. I'v only been with afrihost since Jan so I missed all that.
