Crap.
Browsing sluggish, 9gag slow, downloading a pdf file fails, xbox one download speed of 0,02 mbps with 13% packet loss, to name a few.
Definitely no internet joy here.

Trying to update Mortal Kombat X - getting a whopping 0,5 mbps.

Oh, and say what you will - this is exactly how my internet behaved last year when you guys had ipc shortage.

I've reset your ADSL line as well as your ADSL account as per your PM, can you please restart your modem and see if there is any change.
 
Switch to my CW test account - now getting close to 3 mbps. Averaging around 2,9 mbps.

Speeds now very erratic.
Ranges between 0,3 mbps to 2,92 mbps.
XBox one update sitting at 0,31 mbps with 8% packet loss.
Just keeps getting better.
