Latency should definitely be normal in the North (you would be in that region). Tests running on our side are showing normal latency and performance :(

Well considering that mine isn't running normal. What should I do?

The new app is great, a job well done. But I wish Afrihost would put this much effort into fixing the network!

Thanks for the feedback! Our Dev Team will really appreciate hearing that!

And we'll continue whipping those involved with the network!

So CPT 10M,

Speedtest shows full speed, downloading from curse cdn averaging 30k/s to flatlining aaand completely failed. Bravo

Ok now:

Now on Afrihost:

Speedtest on Afrihost isn't even finishing.

Crystalweb is perfect.

Looks like something isn't handling the Loadshedding as well as it should on our side. Our Team is working on getting everything running normally again.

Thanks AfriGenie, just saw your post been holding for 9minutes to get through to your call center as I would have thought you had left for the evening only to be cut off not cool that you pabx does that.

Will you be around for a while for updates to this? I've been experiencing it for about the last 45 min CPT Southern Suburbs if that helps.

Thanks for the update!

I'll be keeping an eye on things from my side.

Cant get too excited about this. Seems to be the pattern over the weekend

I've seen this too, doesn't seem to be a true reflection of the actual experience. Seen feedback over on a Capped thread last week that SAIX seems to be the only ISP to have some real world results.

What's your experience like this morning?
