Are you using our news server? I've tested that now, seems like it is running a little slowThat's an issue on the server itself, I'll get our team to check things out.
It's not your news server that I'm having an issue with.

I think to be fair we have always acknowledged the problem, but we've gone all the way through MTN to see if it's something we can change on our side and it's definitely on Telkom's side. We're still pursuing this with Telkom to try to get a result for you. If you've provided all the information requested (as per last mail from Critical Care) then we'll keep pushing this for you.
I did a number or trace routes as requested, but still no word to date. That was last month....

Are you still getting that high variance in your latency? We should definitely have gotten you switch over to a different router on the Exchange by now.
I've tested a few Usenet providers earlier this morning and don't seem to have a problem, which one are you using?
Yip, latency still varies drastically, one minute at 40ms the next 100ms.
And I always used to have 16 to 20ms constantly....
Astraweb EU servers. NA servers are fine.
Hi AH. Tried updating the firmware on my sony z2 - download sat at 20 KB/s. Switched to an mweb account - 420 KB/s. Wtf?!?!
You got a z2 that needs updating? Never accused anyone of shaping - just bringing the huge difference to your attention.
If I left it on my AH account - would've taken 9 hours to update. Did it now in just over an hour on the mweb account.
I can check some Android things from my end, what was the upgrade? An OTA update?
Nope - done via pc using sony pc companion.
It's an update of the os to android 5.0.2 (Build 23.1.A.1.28).
