Hi AH. Have tried the samsung firmware download again for my tv - it is a bit better today. However it is very very erratic - one second at 350 KB/s then the next 1 KB/s, then 180, then 20, then 270 etc.

It could be the server where you're grabbing content from, or is your overall throughput erratic overall?

Wouldn't you then also have had the erratic/slow speeds if it were the server?
I will keep an eye out for other erratic behaviour. I know that Google play store updates is very erratic as well.
Actually, play store updates at the moment pretty much dead.

What's your overall throughput like though?

Youtube streaming running ok.
Browsing ok.
P2p a bit sluggish at the moment.
Play store updates dead.
Don't do online gaming so can't comment on that.
9gag android app really slow.
Speedtests show 1.87 mbps - all over the place though (erratic).
So very very inconsistent.

Is this experience replicated over on other ISPs too?

Not picking a fight (just asking) - if I were to test using another isp and the results are better - are you just going to say that "maybe the port got reset" or will it actually be investigated?

No I'm not, but I honestly cannot see where the issues are coming in. I've tested my account, I'll be happy to test your account too on my line :)
Maybe run some thorough tests with another account, for 3 hours or so.

Just started downloading the new windows build from the update server. There is a definite improvement. The speeds are exactly as been described though. Incredibly erratic.
