Holy moly, this is worse :(
Could be congestion, really hard to tell without ICMP on the 2nd hop. Drop me a PM and I can try a port reset or work some magic on the line here.

Greetings :)

Good suggestion this, I think a once off payment system can be implemented. We have something similar to settle accounts where payment has bounced, where you can enter CC details manually.

The best way to get this looked at would be to use the "Request a Feature" once you're logged into the ClientZone. I can't promise it'll be looked at now, but it'll definitely go onto a suggestion list. We're developing the ClientZone at a massively high rate at the moment.
 
CS GO comp game this evening: http://i.imgur.com/VelCneu.jpg?2. Seriously guys, this is bad. Usually the packetloss is only at 5-10%, reaching 50-60% if someone else is online, but tonight it was fluctuating between 40 and 75 even with no1 else on. Also i couldn't hear anyone speaking on teamspeak as it cut out continuously.

Now i see my throughput on youtube is being limited to under 10kb/s, however speedtest is running at full speed (220kb/s~). Really looks like shaping is happening here. Okay, seems to be fine again after 10min.

@Afriguy My list of things that don't work on AH continues to grow...

Trying to update VS2013 to update 4 is not happening over the web installer (the recommended method).

Are you trying to convert me to OSX? It won't work I promise you that, VS is my baby!

EDIT: Or not. After trying things for 30min it randomly just starts going at normal pace.

Definitely woulnd't be a shaping problem, but there could be high contention on the network during the time that you tested, affecting latency and throughput. If it came right just after 10pm, then that would make sense :(

Well there's nothing wrong with OSX (some of my best friends use it) but we'd never use such nefarious means to convert people :)

Is the installer not working (connecting) at all, or is it horribly slow?

I think you've been chatting with our Critical Care guys who are also in touch with MTN to have this resolved. Do you have a ref# that's been allocated?
 
This web site loads... but for me to play it keeps saying connecting , and there is no number of players showing after the Region of any ..

It was working perfectly then I got DC.. rest of my internet seem fine??
