It does seem slow

No, VPNs aren't blocked from our end.

Which DNS Servers are you using at the moment? Are you running any downloads? What sort of speeds are you getting there?
Are you experiencing latency or packet loss with GTA Online?

latency not too bad but other speeds are up to crap
browsing is jerky and download speed are down the crapper

Sorry about that. I really can't say more unless I can see something to give me an idea of what you are experiencing.
My reports tell me that latency was stable throughout the night in the South, so I'll need to see a traceroute or something to indicate what you connection was like
Ridiculous lag in Heroes of the Storm. I can't play at all, so I've just given up entirely. 1 June can't come sooner...can't believe we've been paying so much for 10MB Business in exchange for such atrocious service.

Are you seeing consistently slow performance? Or does it vary depending on the time of day?

So strange, I always get full speed on everything, but the latency is like a yo-yo... cry me a river.....
Are you saying general latency is yo-yoing, or does it seem to spike on certain services. I don't know if this is related to the BRAS issue which you've been reporting.
EDIT: Just want to also add that we do seem to see demand in the East peak just after midday. We saw a mild increase in overall latency between 3 and 4pm yesterday. It does not look like it was significant enough to affect most services, but may have been noticeable.
