Can i get my money back . is all i want to know

I can't promise anything now, but we've always given back to our clients where we can. I don't see this as being any different. Ultimately it's up to our Directors, if you want to create a dispute you can contact our accounts team.

In JHB south, have pings between 200-800 on TS and can barely browse as well.

That does look pretty bleak :( I'm sure things will normalise soon though, please keep an eye on that latency.

will post my speed test now as soon as I'm actually able to finish loading the page :(

Is it really going to be normalising or is it just that there'd be less users later at night so things appear to be better?

No, I'm saying that because we're constantly trying to manage demand and give clients the best possible experience.

I hope by normalising that AfriGuy means that the POC networks will be available to us soon so that we can all enjoy accounts the way we used to before MTN stepped in....Otherwise it's just smoke and mirrors :(

I think both :)
We'd love to just push the new network live - but we really want to get things right and working really nicely. That obviously takes some time so we need to continue to do our best to have things run as smoothly as they possibly can on the current network.

What's the minimum we should be expecting while you'll are trying to fix the problems?

20Mbps VDSL Account:

Couldn't even complete a speed test for most of the night.
