Okay, AH dead again. Can't open speed test and not even going to try to ping, cause it will only push my BP into the red.

Couldn't even complete a speed test for most of the night.
Definitely looks poor. Looks like we did manage to improve latency for the most part, but some clients still saw slow speeds. We're still going to keep working on making any improvements we can until users can start moving over to the new networks to test.
Pretty weird, but that's horrible. I know speeds were reported slow by quite a few clients but you should have been able to browse, especially with latency being lower
Did you run any tests before you switched? I'm sure the network team would be grateful for feedback if there is anything they can improve on
I see from the previous post that this looks like a similar experience. As far as I know, things in the North should have been fairly normal (as in what we've seen over the last weeks, not necessarily what we'd like to see).
Do you see a difference if you switch to another account?
Sorry you have to wait so late to get the best experience. We'll have that back to normal hours again soon. Very positive feedback from the current network testing so hopefully clients will be getting their login details shortly

Yeah, just logged into my server. Seems that speeds are back up. At least I can connect to the server.

Not sure I understand. I think any solutions that come through are through Gian's leadership, he's definitely involved and invested in everything we're doing.
Definitely no pressure to switch accounts to test if you're not willing, it just makes it easier to make a quick analysis.

That I can't say. Gian had said two weeks when he initially posted his thread last week, so I'm guessing we're getting close to that mark. Of course, if there are any unforeseen delays we'll need to adjust, but so far things are looking positive according to what I've been told
