Are downloads the only slow protocol on your end?
Mine too. Though whole of last month was due to the capacity issues. Which has been resolved I understand. No idea what the issue is now.
So far only downloads. I haven't tried any streaming yet.
Would you mind running a test on the 1GB free account to compare the results?

If speeds on a Capped account are quicker compared to Business, this is something that we need to gather data on and have it passed onto our team for an investigation.

Exactly. All we've heard the last month is "we're looking at it" - that, and the extra capacity, but my streaming problems didn't exist before that, and have persisted after that anyway. But nothing has ever been reported as found.

Yes they have, and many accounts, profiles and throughput has been looked into. We'll continue to do so until things normalise.

Capped accounts work fine, business does not.
You say the same policies apply to both capped and business.... i call BS.
I dont think any of the upgrades have been done in Gauteng.. either that or you limiting the high bandwidth users (And yes we move alot of data hence getting a business account for business use)

I've done few tests. Results:
1 gig Capped account. Downloads pretty much full speed. Can stream youtube 720p no problem. 1080p streaming has to buffer at times.
My business account. Downloads slow. Can't stream youtube 720p and even 480 sometimes has to buffer.
There are so many more factors that go into a network our size, if we had to troubleshoot 2 simple steps it would have been fixed up already. Unfortunately it's not that simple.
The upgrades have been confirmed with positive results, there seems to be a small group of clients not getting an optimal experience.
Could you PM me some detailed info please? I'd like to have a look at the two comparison results and escalate this where possible.
