Yeah def not ok.
 
Just the other day someone told me it would be cool if the upload speed can be the same as the download speed. His download speed fell from 2Mbps to 0.5Mbps on Afrihost so it now matches his upload speed. LOL!

Ah, I've just seen you're in the East. If I check the graphs the latency is reflected there too :(

I'm using tweaknews on port 563 it's always worked fine no problem what is very intriguing is that speedtest is showing good latency, traceroute run just before shows massive latency.

Yeah this is very confusing. Latency should be OK in the South, maybe not the best, but I don't think it's as bad as what you've posted here :(
I'll do some digging to see what's going on here.

Cool please let me know if you need anything further, have a gaming engagement tonight and really don't want to have to buy more prepaid atm :)

Its probably worth noting that webpage loading times are quite high atm too.

Fully understand, our guys are doing the best they can to get things stabilised.
 
I have stopped using my account for a few days as i just cannot use it. What is going on with the REFUNDS for this. As i think Afrihost should give free Months to every single Client for all the issues and crap.

Any form of compensation will be reviewed once we've sorted out the root cause.
We've given back to our clients wherever possible before so I don't see this being any different.
