Thanks but that tool is a Windows executable and i'm on a Mac. I deleted my Windows 8 virtual machine the other day so thats that.

No. It's with Telkom. I'll wait till later this evening and check again to see if speeds improve. I normally get huge speed improvements after hours.

Strange that you are all pinging google, when I just came here because google hasn't been responding all day. Yet, local websites load instantly.
Also having this problem with youtube.
What is going on? Will this be fixed soon? Will it ever be fixed? Is this the year I must find a new ISP?
