Thanks Zertop, but this is a fight I want to take up with AH.... But it is a combination of downloads in general, I have already done thorough testing different types of downloads, all the results are the same, If I go switch to a CAPPPED AH account, everything works fine.
If I switch to a AH Business account, it "bursts" fine for 10 seconds at full account speed, but then it dies down an crawls to below 100KB/s at the moment.
Sounds like something is up with your account? Anyway - ill let you and Afrihost fight this one out

If they respond to the ticket ....
Oh, and the reason why I say Fight, is, youtube is maxing the account out right now, but other protocols / traffic can't. (where the capped account runs at max speed on everything)
So then clearly there is some shaping/throttling/prioritization/limit/whatever-the-kids-are-calling-it-nowadays going on on the Business product that is advertised as unshaped
I challenge a Afrihost tech support take ownership of this issue and follow it through, and to to take all the tests and comparisons between my capped and Business Unshaped Uncapped account into consideration.

PP basically shapes all P2P traffic, it's there so that business owners can make sure their employees are doing their work, and not torrenting at work

Some people say that, but remember - these accounts are also used as business accounts
but ultimately that's Afrihosts choice

Ditto... firing on all cylinders down here with me as well.
Having issues streaming in CPT. Youtube videos aren't even loading. Other streaming sites are just buffering like crazy. Speed test is also not up to scratch.

I see we're waiting for final word from our Dev team on your account. As soon as our team hears anything they'll update you via the ticket.
Remember that these are Business accounts, with Businesses not really wanting to have P2P run on their networks - we elected to have it on by default.
