Afrihost Business Uncapped Feedback

I've been happy with my business account so far. Just a question about the clientzone. There seems to be an error in my data allocation.

It says that i have 2.58tb remaining, even though, as far as i was aware when signing up, this is an uncapped account.

screenshot attached.
please look into this afriguy. thanks

We're investigating high latency being seen in the South Region. As soon as I have more feedback on this I'll have it posted up.

We have received reports of increased latency for clients in the South Region (Cape Town, Port Elizabeth and other areas routing though our South Network). Affected clients may receive slow response from internet services. Our network engineers are investigating urgently, and we will post further updates as soon as we receive feedback. We apologise for any inconvenience affected clients may be experiencing.

Some packet loss?

Can you ping -n 100 105.236.1.65 and post the results?

@Afriguy, my downloads speeds are back to 50% again, looks like the earlier fix was temporary.
