No one is attacking him. Everyone is simply telling him that we want to be compensated for this mess.
He chooses not to listen and get management involved.
Listening is a two way street. Making demands and insulting the people you want to assist you doesn't build relationships, it destroys them.

Look, I think both AfriMan and myself have done our absolute best here. We've been extremely transparent however attacking us personally isn't called for.
We have discussed absolutely everything we can here - this is all the info we have. By throwing around insults is not going to bring the capacity live, allocate a credit on your account or change how we do business I'm afraid.
I know it's hard to swallow, but you need to understand that we're here to help and take in what we have to say. By no means have to agree with it or like it - but what's been said is where we're at.

But you are not assisting, you are saying wait it out... how is that assisting people?
What would you suggest as an alternative? I've asked that question a few times, but no-one is willing to answer. You're saying we're not doing what we should be doing, so please make a constructive suggestion rather than simply venting.
I get that you and certain other people on this thread are frustrated - I think everyone gets it. But I'm not seeing how you propose that we do things differently that will actually make an impact on the issues you are raising.
