It's hard to say - I'm not if Supersport know what the issue is, because you may recall at one stage they believed the issue was to do with Level 3 peering. We peer directly with their network, so I'm not sure what more could be done. We have logged several tickets but as far as I know everything has been done on our side to improve performance.

Ok, still extremely irritating. What about the issues with TwitchTV, it never seems to work, even on the lowest quality settings?
 
So it is the start of the World Cup in 29 days. I sure hope Afrihost fixes all the issues by then.
 
Crudstix... today is the 24th.

Now must decide if I am to pause, cancel or bite the bullet and see if usability is sustainable through May.

I have now struggled 50 minutes to open the HP website for laptop drivers.
Guess what? I haven't been able to even get close to a driver. International and local I'm struggling to open Web pages.

Tracert shows no sign of issues at exchange.
Anybody else?

I'm routing through the infamous Cape Town.

Opens up just fine, no issues

Very strange you're having issues opening the page, are you seeing this with other sites too?
 
Is anyone else having connectivity issues atm? I've rebooted at least ten times this evening and I'm still struggling.
