Afrihost Business Uncapped Feedback

Afriman my 4mb bus uncapped is running at 2mb speeds?

Anything up in PE again? First time I have had an issue since moving to a business account. Otherwise Im very happy with Afrihost
 
My account is doing good, it's just the added latency which I believe is being introduced by a congested peering link between MTN and Telkom.

Are you using the Afrihost DNS servers ?

They are 196.7.7.7

Downloading the latest episode of Grey's Anatomy from iTunes now and speeds are fluctuating like crazy.

Up and down between 1KB/s and 460KB/s...

Very unstable.

Edit: Now I'm getting no more 30KB/s.

Will send a PM now. After the wobble where I was getting no more than 30KB/s it settled in nicely and was a little more stable.
 
Switched from uncapped 1mb to business 1mb last night. took a little while but speeds seems constant. Ofcourse, this is way too early to tell. the shaped uncapped was driving me nuts.
Hope this works out as Ive seen some reviews warning that the business account is no better. Right now it IS better, but lets see @ end-November.

This shouldn't be happening at all. Are other downloads also affected?

Something really buggered on my line suddenly this last 20 minutes.... getting the same issues on my business and capped accounts. Works, then dies. Works, then dies.
