Awesome, thanks for the feedback guys :)
Things do look to be normalising on our end. We're continuing to monitor though.

Well ... no problems here for me at all today ... Western Cape, southern suburbs.
Kids Youtubing the account stukkend and not a single buffer.

So... happy me.

Second night in a row where I am unable to download my windows updates. Just sits at 0% but if I log on via my 3G or at the office it works as expected. Is Windows Update using a file transfer protocol that is blocked? I am on the Business DSL Uncapped package which is not supposed to be shaped.

I updated my w8.1 box yesterday without fail.

We definitely don't block windows. Most of our support team run on windows (some on Mac so that we can support both) and we would definitely know very quickly if windows updates were not working :(

Internet totally unusable tonight, is this my exchange or Afrihost? Router stats looks perfect

I tried again today. Same result. Tried torrents as well. It is running at 0.1Kb/s.

Protocol prioritisation?

If you visit the new client zone and go to your business account, you will find an option for protocol prioritization. All you need to do is click it and turn it off :)

All it does is shape p2p for business owners who would prefer to have their internet dedicated to browsing and not torrents - however it is completely voluntary

Thanks, was not aware of this setting. Have switched prioritisation off. Will give it 15 minutes and check again.
