The Afrihost hiccups are like loadshedding? We must just accept them and move on or risk getting cut off completely if we provide feedback they don't like.

Round and round we go again. Grief. I am also affected by the south IPC capacity and wouldnt mind feedback on what Gian and the management team will be doing to ensure this doesnt happen again and if they have any sort of compensation for the last couple months but Afriman already stated they are in talks about this so why the constant attacking.
I dont share your view so its not everyone
We have moved on from the IPC issue, the current issue at hand is that my Afriman told me to find another ISP and put my accounts into pending cancelation, without me agreeing to this.

Well yes. Though it shouldn't be in Afriman's power to cancel an account without it being stipulated in the T&Cs.

Not quite like loadshedding either. During loadshedding you don't get charged for the service you are not receiving. There are much more accurate words to describe what it is like. Afrihost should be thankful that no-one has said those words yet.
I'll bet you're also sharing that Excel spreadsheet with Mweb ;-)That would suck! I've already bet MwebGuy on this
Hey Guys
We've been given assurances by Telkom via MTN that the 10th is going to be met for the IPC in the South. At this point, we have no reason to doubt this will be the case. We'll keep everyone updated as we get more info, but at the moment all looks on track and I've been assured by MTN that we're all ready on our side to go live

No matter how wrong his decision is, on every level, the importance of seeming right will be all that matters.
It does not matter that by this action he has severed whatever trust or respect I for one may have had for Afrihost... he will not see it as anything but a dusting of his hands and a high-five or two round his AfriAwesomeCubicle... primed with psuedo-PR speak and a bot-like approach he will crusade for the Afri-spin.

I am well aware of that but clearly you think nothing but the worst of Afrihost now and from my perspective it was painfully obvious that you thought that way. I then didnt want to comment or post in this thread while a bunch of forum members attacked a company rep so Afrimans reasons are also legitimate to an extent.
This coming from a 3rd party perspective and in my own opinion.

What would happen if Businesses in SA resolved issues with clients in this way.
If you criticise Eskom, can they delete you from their data base and leave you without power?
Or your municipality cut your water if your unhappy about service delivery?
Or SANRAL will prohibit you from using public roads?
What will happen to citizens if goverment or politicians decide there has been a break in relationships? Send us to Zim?
Surely these actions can't make sense, Afriman?
