Well, this is what I read,
And from what I read it would seem as if this 20% was THE upgrade, and it is live, but more has been ordered as it is needed.
So, what we are saying is, all the free giveaways and stuff HAS negated the new IPC upgrade. This is what we have all said for over a month, which was repeatedly denied by AH reps on here... we will now have to wait another 6 months for the new order to be completed. Once again, it is clear that AH has oversold it's network, and the clients will foot the bill and suffer for it... POOR NETWORK MANAGEMENT!
It has been mentioned by many in the industry that the way it works with Telkom is that once you order IPC, the order needs to be scheduled, rolled out, and then completed. You cannot amend, or add to it. If you need more after the order is placed, you have to make out a NEW order. This is why we are upset.... AH has been side-stepping and putting "spin" on the situation to suit them, not us, the clients. I foresee that from next week, we will be back to square one!
The long and the short AH... WE WERE RIGHT.... your additional IPC is NOT enough, and all the new clients you have signed up has DEFINITELY affected/impacted network performance. It's for you as a company to admit you made a mistake, take the knock, and give 50% discounts to your uncapped clients, who have been all-round inconvenienced by the debacle - LESS SPIN, MORE SERVICE.
