Not sure, a few posts here have been line related.
Not sure if your own network has ipc issues or not? No offence, but that is disconcerting.

I don't think that's the impression I'm going forLooking back a few pages on the thread, some issues are around Chrome, Google services, others around performance issues that we're addressing on the network.
Funny because the chrome, Google issues only started being mentioned here a couple days ago.
The **** latency and crappy download speeds have been ongoing issues for close to a month.
So what impression are you exactly going for?
Have you sent any diagnostic tests onto our Support team or here so we can determine where the problems are coming in?
Sure have, in fact I've sent multiple diagnostic test. Even bought myself a new router thanks to your support team.
Thank you for your patience thus far,
I have been trying to get some feedback on the issue since this morning,
but unfortunately it seems our engineers are still busy.
I assure you, as soon as I get feedback, I will update you.
Thank you again for your time and your patience.
Have a great day and please let me know if I can help with anything else!
Warm regards
Clayton
Last response received yesterday morning. Not exactly any insight on my issue that's been ongoing since the beginning of this month.
Was this to our Support team or via PM here? What was the consensus?
It sounds like the network is run by MTN by proxy and AH and AXXESS are just sleeping partners. ie. they cant do anything about network issues. It's absolute madness the crazy stuff that people will go through while paying top dollar for a product, and keep on paying it every month.
I can see why MTN was so quick to buy that 51% stake in Afrihost, these users are the most loyal ones on the planet.
Madness.

I get every day a email from critical care to tell me the are working on the network from 4 weeks

Good day Thorsten
Pranav here from Afrihost Critical Care again.
I have just checked with our network engineers this afternoon and they are still busy running tests on the network.
I'll keep you posted as I receive more information from them.
Have a great day and please let me know if I can help with anything else!

That seems a bit bland to say the least, I will follow-up with them to see if they have any additional details.

I'm really disappointed you feel that way. I know we weren't able to give you the performance that you wanted, but I really think we've made significant strides in improving the day to day running of the network. And I am sure our Users will continue to see further improvements.
Same feedback we get from here and support all the time, it's all very bland you are right.
It's absolute bullsht an ISP as big as Afrihost cannot get to the root of the problem on iOS updates. Been around a month now that it's been reported here numerous times. Every time is the same "bland" response.
