From PE, the latency is high and the bandwidth low (less than 50% of normal). I assume IPC issues again?

Month end - so I also assume everyone is downloading Watch Dogs or something along those lines

I had exactly the same again. Had to reboot the router. It seems like that "disconnect" every midnight does this. I assume that everyone that schedules their torrents to download from midnight to 6:00am now only gets it at half speed.
I wonder if it's accidental

I changed my package from a 250Gb package to 150Gb online a couple of days ago. Today I received an invoice for next month for both 250Gb and 150Gb (both on the same account/login). Why is this?

My Latency is all over the place. Web pages take longer than usual to open. And ping to local servers is anything between 120ms and 400 ms.

Seems these capped accounts freak out every night around this time. Speeds are all over the place again.
