I don't understand why u say it will be revised? Ur AH+ package has been launched, so why would u keep AH+ and have double data. One will negate the other...

End of December the double data WILL END, mark my words. And in the event it doesn't end then AH+ was doomed before it even began and this was horrific planning on AH's part.
Your call center, please no billing during waiting
Was 22nd in queue getting to your account department, ~15min wait and then got chucked to billing and back at accounts= half an hour call that ended in nothing happening but getting someone else to call me.
Hopefully the consultant that is supposed to call me back can sort your incorrect billing and that Telkom refund that no one has gotten back to me on after a month.

Quick question about the #DataSteal I won.
This is valid for a year, I understand, does this mean that my usual account data will be used first each month and, when depleted, the #DataSteal winning will then kick in until the 1st of the month when the package data is renewed again?
If not it, it means I need to downgrade or else I end up forfeiting the package bundled data as this does not carry over and will not be used until the #DataSteal has been depleted.
I hope this makes some sense...
Haven't opened a ticket, rather just called. Issue is I was changed to a 10mbit line instead of the 20mbit legacy I was on without asking for it, due to one of your consultants changing the bundle instead of limiting the sync speed, which was what I asked and asked multiple times. A John said he'd cancel the change, but seems that never happened, now we are here. The other issue is a Telkom refund, which I opened at the beginning of the month, no response, called last Friday, say there is no refund request, asked them to open again. Want to talk about the status of that after the bundle issue.
The data itself is valid for a year, but it isn't recurring data.
Say you've won 50GB of data. That data is used after your normal cap is used - while the full 50GB is available to us for up to 1 year.
When it comes to credits it's always best to open a ticket. Our Accounts team will need to review and chat to other departments before logging a credit on the account.
Thanks, I am aware that it is not recurring data, and that it will be used once the normal cap data is depleted... why I asked, is that say your normal capped data is depleted in the middle of the month, and the DataSteal data is then used... come the 1st of the next month, will the DataSteal data continue to be used until depleted, or will it pause this, and grab from the renewed capped data pool?
If the DataSteal data is to be used, it is pointless then having a large normal cap data account then, as this will be forfeited.

The way our system works is via data links.
So for example, your monthly data is data link 1 and your datasteal is data link 2. Link 1 is capped by mid-month, so link 2 then becomes active. The new month starts and link 1 will be used first.
