Something up? Down to half line speed the past 10-15 minutes. And it's not exchange congestion or any other issue.

I'm experiencing heavy (20-40%) packet loss to my office via PPTP VPN. Without the VPN the packet loss is negligible!

I've connected to both our Neotel and Frogfoot fibre IP ranges and the packet loss was similar. I've now switched to WebAfrica and there is absolutely no packetloss on it.

I then went and checked my colleague's VPN too and he's also having heavy packet loss on his IP that is on mtnbusiness network too (105-236-xxx-xxx.access.mtnbusiness.co.za), which is most likely also an Afrihost account.

I could not connect to any of my ADSL accounts last night. Line was syncing. Error code 651 appeared when trying a pppoe connection. It is back now though but it is 2nd time in 24 hours that this has happened. Anyone else had this issue before?

Do yourself a favour. Get a small WA account, something like their 15/30gb package. Playing games during the day with the odd streaming should be fine and then do all ur downloading at night. They currently have that unlimited download from 12-6 atm so you just change ur lifestyle a little and schedule all ur downloads.

Does anyone here play League of Legends at all? I'm trying to establish if anyone else is seeing an increase in packet loss to the EU Server.

I had 29% packet loss to EUW last night, was completely unplayable, switched to Axxess Double data package and, was smooth there on out.

Thanks
