Afrihost really gotta sort their **** out... Service lately has been atrocious, thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. Getting terrible pings, sometimes I can't even stream properly on my 10mbps line. Not the service I've come to expect based on previous experience with them.
Giving it a few more weeks before I jump ship to another ISP. It honestly astounds me how quickly the level of service can degrade, and how this has been allowed to happen!!!

I agree that this needs to be sorted. We definitely can't have this kind of problem regularly, we need to get this fixed. I promise that every resource is being thrown at this to get this resolved.

account been all over the place today, crap speeds and disconnects, almost impossible to use

Sorry about this, shouldn't be seeing these results. If there are still problems on the account please PM me your info so I can troubleshoot this further.

Not just AH ... having problems on my other accounts as well.
Looks like the international link is down.

Edit: No scratch that... just my router doing weird stuff.

My Afrihost ADSL died around an hour ago....

This doesn't look cool at all. where abouts are you based?

Had to switch over to another ISP so that I could post
