Netflix not breaking 360p on 4Meg line, mostly on 240p and buffers every 2min. Same problem literally every weeknight between 18:30 and 21:30
Nobody is receiving less data or paying more than they were previously (or they shouldn't - if you are please PM me).
If your per GB rate is the same or lower than R1,80 - you stay on exactly what you already had previously.

I am glad you agree! Is there anything that can be done to address this? It is not my link to the Exchange that is the problem (Down: 40dB SNR, 5dB Attenuation / UP: 19dB SNR, 3dB Annenuation), it is from there onward. That's way too high for what is essentially a local ping. Shouldn't be over 30ms![]()

Seems like you are still getting that timeout on Hop 2. I think roadcat managed to get this resolved through Telkom, apparently a problem on the exchange since a recent upgrade. I'm thinking this must be the case here as well![]()

So are you going to fix it?
I googled the problem and it could also be the router not allowing pings. Not an expert but you can look for yourself.
To which destinations would you like the traceroutes? Can I see a full traceroute to analyse? I just saw ping to one IP.
We'll need to log a fault with Telkom, as roadcat did, and hopefully we can get them to resolve on their end. I think I should be able to find your number in an old PM somewhere![]()

LOL, I already get free chocolate. Gian pays me in Snickers and Dr Pepper
Come see me, if you can find me![]()
Dr Pepper?
I want in on that action
Ha! I found you, nice meeting you Mr Afriman. The dark night, the hero we need and deserveDon't touch me on my Dr Pepper
C:\>tracert -d www.afrihost.comOne local and one international is good. Maybe one to afrihost and the other to 8.8.8.8
