When is the Destiny PS3 issue going to be fixed?

Cannot game for weeks now without constant in game disconnects.
Tried yesterday same issue!


Switched to another ISP zero issue
 
Did you hear what I said? 2 kbps is not slow - it is scandalous. It is a complete stop. You could not download a gigabyte in a month at that speed. We are not getting the service that is advertised. And how is p2p slow, but not web pages or streaming? That is clear evidence of SHAPING!

We should then only be paying for the slowest ADSL line, not the fastest.

haha, I beat you, 4-12KB/s on 4mbps.
On another note, afriman/guy, I have changed my package from 4-20mbps, though my ADSL stats are max 10mbps. Will they change it to highest sync or come back to me and ask/deny?

Shouldn't be any issues with Destiny today, some changes got pushed out last night.
Have you been running any testing with our team?

Agreed, that is shaping to a tee. If you refer to my post last night, speedtest gave me a DL speed of 8.5MB. Yet my torrents were at a dead standstill. If that isn't shaping then please tell me what it is?

I know it's far from great, but improvements are on the way :)

I have asked to be included with this test but nobody has included me
How can i get included?
 
Then give us a refund for the days when the service is not as advertised instead of promises of improvements.
And stop lying to us on your website that things are in great shape.

Testing was completed yesterday, if you're still having troubles you can PM me your DSL username and we can investigate further.
 
I must say, my shaping on my uncapped account was never this bad. 2 kbps equates to 1/500 my potential speed. In other words the line is being shaped to 0.2 % its full potential. Much worse that the 6.5% on the uncapped.

No, no shaping is taking place.
P2P and some downloads may be degraded due to contention. Again though, this is being resolved by constant tweaks and upgrades that aren't far off.

If it is not working today
I will simply cancel all my accounts with you ie. mobile, adsl ,hosting etc and move elsewhere

Do you mean that contention only affects downloading and torrents, but not streaming? How is that possible without shaping?
 
Can you not turboboost my CAPPED account so I can download what I need to download? Otherwise it is going to take the rest of the month.

Because of higher demand, contention on the network is high. The first thing that happens here is that downloads, P2P is degraded.
