Great! So this is your solution if you don't get what you pay for??? Nice that society is balanced with minds like this!
All I can say is I feel for you AfriGuy, having to deal with so many irate users is always a challenge. Here's hoping the situation improves in the near future. I myself have suffered with crappy internet for the past few months and just purchases bandwidth from other ISPs until things sort themselves out. Been doing this each time an ISP goes over a bump, which happens more than the average user would suspect.
To all the moaners and groaners, do yourself a favour, get an account with every single ISP you can think of, use them when the product is good, suspend when it gets bad, rinse and repeat.
He has a point though. I am sitting on 4 different capped accounts. 3 of them are between 20-30Gb and the last one is a IS account of 5GB.
If one of them breaks, I hop onto the other one. With a decent router it's easy too.
IS has given me very little to none issues at all. Can't say the same about AH,WA and vox.
Yeah but that is us having workarounds at our own expense because ISP's don't deliver on what they promise and not because we want to keep changing logins on our routers![]()
While I'm testing....Here are my Twitch stats. The red in the Buffer line is when it buffers. This was a running graph from a live stream and shows about 30s worth of data and the buffers were 5 and 3 seconds long respectively.

True, but we cultivate this treatment ourselves.
There's something wrong.
I'm on my backup account now.
Only in RSA; acceptable treatment by yourself.
