Wait what... How do I know if I was suppose to get one? I can't recall ever getting this?

The Mystery Bonus has always been preceded with a newsletter from Gian talking about the upcoming Mystery Bonus.
 
I'm trialing the AH Plus service, and selected my capped account for 2-1 topop. I have auto topup on this account, and it topped up @ 19:32, but I only got 1GB. Plus has been active since 10:34 this morning. Is this as per some t&cs?

That doesn't sound right, you should definitely have received the 2-for-1 Top-up. Could you please send me a PM with your account username so that I can look into this.
 
I was watching fine from 7pm but at 7:30 it turned into lag inc.

Can you quickly test any other streaming service, I just need to be sure it is not a routing issue to that specific service.
 
Lag is starting again properly now, early in the evening it is fine.

This started since this last weekend, never had a problem before.

Because having selected a 60Gig account yesterday only to find it is a 30Gig account as of Dec31 I will not be using the Client Zone or adding any other packages until my account is reverted back to what it was :)

Client Zone used to be simple, now it is a minefield navigated with the worst user interface since windows 8.0

Clientzone does not tell you that you will lose Line discount when selecting Plus+ add-on. I think this is underhanded and possibly a case for ASA to look into.

Your ping seems OK, but not great though on local or international. We like to see sub 200ms when the network is performing well.

Could you please post a traceroute for me to look at?

That's not the case. You can't lose any benefits by adding Plus, but you may not be able to claim certain benefits. If you are on a non-standard data package on Capped or Mobile, then they may not be eligible for Double Data. You still retain regular bundle pricing. So you can opt to rebundle as a standard bundle, or stick with the heavily discounted bundle you already have.
