Afrihost Capped DSL Feedback

I just would like to thank Afrihost/AfriGenie for the GREAT work they did to sort out my line. Sadly I wasn't told who done what, so I can not thank those responsible properly. But still I believe a good "THANK YOU" is is order. My line is still up and running since yesterday and at 10am today it still stayed up! I'm great full for your help!

Having issues in Durban again. Both local & international browsing are slow, but I'm not picking up any packet loss at all.

Could you run a traceroute to Afrihost.com quickly please. How are your speedtests looking?

The slowness seems to be have resolved itself although I can't access http://openserve.co.za - maybe it's down.

Down my side as well. And telkom.co.za

It doesn't seem to be loading for me either.

My line is down again. Yesterday I truely thought that all is back and my weekend will rock again, but at 5pm it went down but came back up at 6pm. So I didnt think much of it. But when I tested it again this morning at 9:30am my SNR is back to 0. Please help. I want my weekends back please.

What's quite frustrating is that I selected an unshaped account to not have this issue, but sadly if they are out of capacity then this is what you get.

Horrible speeds all weekend on Afrihost. Trying to stream on a fibre line with a capped account and can't with out it buffering every couple of seconds.

Again my weekend was filled with no internet. The times it goes down is now moved from 10am to 7:30am. Its been like this for 4 weeks now. Please help. PM send

Oh. And it seems I've been down graded again to a 2mb line.
