Are you referring to your Telkom voice line and DSL line separately?

I think part of the site wasn't loading correctly for you.The Voice line rental is definitely not included in the Bundle.

I notice that theres some data thats called "Free Time" on the clientzone (unshaped capped account). What times are these allocated for?

With all the stability problems you have with your line, surely it's a %$^^%%#^ line and not much AH can do about it ?Aaannnddd its down again. Yeah. I must say... I hate being ignored.
