Afrihost Capped DSL Feedback

and once again the internet was reset by ah and we lost our work modem got stuck so had to reboot
I am sorry but this is not what we signed up for as it never had these problems before
how the hell do you reset in the middle of the day when people are using the internet
 
Hi Afri-guys, I need clarification regarding your bundle price which is advertised as including Telkom voice Line rental... I am on one of these bundles but still pay my Telkom line rental separate every month. Could you please clarify?

Is it? Normally bundles are dsl line and data.

Yeah I know, I was shopping around looking for changing to an uncapped package and noticed that line item, double checked capped bundles and found it there too hence I am questioning.

Are you referring to your Telkom voice line and DSL line separately?

Well that's what I am asking you guys as that's what you have advertised as if both those costs are included in the bundle? Check your website and my post above.

Telkom Landline is seperate R199 pm

Telkom DSL Line R165-599 pm is combined with Afrihost data bundle.

Usually.

I think part of the site wasn't loading correctly for you. :( The Voice line rental is definitely not included in the Bundle.

Ah yes :D thats exactly what the issue is... Can anyone else check this on Chrome or is it just something wrong on my end.

...Nevermind, I just tested on my phone, seems my work blocks some elements of your site..apologies for the oversight!

I notice that theres some data thats called "Free Time" on the clientzone (unshaped capped account). What times are these allocated for?
