I need some help with my account and the live chat support can't seem to help.
I had been using a capped account, billed as 100gb+100gb for months now.
Today I decided to try Afrihost plus, but didn't get the benefit of double data (I did set it up in the clientzone).
The person in support I spoke to seemed to think that I already had AH+ and that's why my account said 100gb+100gb.
I'm not entirely sure why I had 100gb+100gb but its been like that for ages (maybe I signed on during a promotion?).
Can you please see what's going on with my account?
