Afrihost Capped DSL Feedback

I was hoping things would change in the meantime. I put a deadline for myself which I hoped the slow problems will be resolved by Afrihost. It didn't, so I decided to stopped my account. It felt like that I was paying for a Big Mac Burger but got a Cheese Burger. Hope for you guys part the issues will be solved.

I'm really sorry to hear you have decided to cancel and that you felt that we could not offer you the solution you required. :( I really do wish the best for you in the future and we'll always keep our doors open for your return. :) Hopefully you still have that free 1GB test account handy. ;)
 
Sorry, we don't have time for that. Only if alternate ISP has same issues warrants further investigation IMHO.

You could have at least given them some aloe for the after effects of that burn.

Hi! I've just replied to the PM that you sent this afternoon, we'll get to the bottom of this.
 
To be honest, mine has improved a lot! Watching 1080 Youtube right now and it's seamless.. Latency good, throughput good.
Maybe it's because that 3Tb/month guy has moved to CW :)
