internet is totally down the crapper again and browsing is at a crawl it takes about 2min to get to mybroadband
Yeah line and speeds are fine at 20Mb/sDefinitely just a clientzone display issue.

We rotate packages out from time to time.
If you are on a 40GB Capped account, that's not a problem, you can either remain on the 40GB account or upgrade it.![]()
The correct answer would have been "you have been automatically upgraded to the 100GB account at no extra cost"
Seriously though... Im going to have to move to Axxess.

Option 2: Double data @ R9.00 less
Option 3: Double data + Double speed @ R61.00 more
Also bear in mind they offer a 3 month roll over & 12am-6am free data.

We do have a 1-month roll-over and our After-Hours data is from 00h00 to 08h00.

Not a bundle per se. I do however have my line & data with Afrihost.
Yeah... 1 month vs 3 months (especially since I intend increasing my Data - the reason I went to your site & noticed there is no longer a 40GB option).
Those 2 extra hours still does not justify the price difference unfortunately.

You do need to opt for the package that will give you the most value at the end of the day.
You've PM'ed me your details before.
It's possible that if there any significant uploads running on your connection you may have seen a disruption in your download speeds.
