But again, lol the usage stats becomes confusing as per the screen shot. In theory, based on all my accounts combined, the % used should be like 70% if that makes sense

If my data drops to 20GB's, I would have used 80% of All my accounts combined.

Im thinking too much about this lol, either that, or I work too much with numbers :D

I agree, the "Overall Account Usage" display should be tweaked to show more accurate values.

I've had 800GB total data for the month and used 129.73GB so far which is around 16%, but the Overall account usage is showing 0% used?

My guess is that the problem lies with "Total Data Remaining" where it's not subtracting the data used from the initial amount of data - or displaying that difference even - it simply just shows what I have currently, i.e. 671GB as the "combined 100% figure" and nothing used from it...

hello afripeeps. can one of you please confirm if the 10GB unshaped capped package is also falling away? I see that it is still selectable on the website and mobile app.

the shaped packages have fallen away though.

They fall away the end of this month.
 
Mmmmmm... FREEDOM!

Bye bye Afrihost - I gave the chance of waiting for the past 3 months in hope of getting something fixed, but you're service was not as promised. Probably one of the worst gaming experiences I have ever had, and sad to think that it always worked before :(

Maybe one day we will meet again :)
