Hopefully one of the reps of afrihost can help me here its been about a week now with the tower giving problems

reported it 2 times and with every time you tell me everything is working

can tel you now the one in town is not working this is my current signal on router below my cell is also 1 bar of signal were it was always full..

is there a way for you to actually escalate the problem? as reporting it via the support chain is a waste of time and effort
