Afrihost International Down Now !! ?

Me too. Phoned their helpline about an hour ago and they reassured me that it was all my and Telkom's fault. The pathetic helpdesk guy basically told me to get stuffed. Time to switch to MTN i think.

Maybe a shark bit the seacom cable.
 
It sounds to me like Seacom is down? IS seems to have no intl.

am on line to afrihost - F****R just hung up on me after denying that they have a problem. Guess we're all fantasizing.
 
Both my Afrihost and Axxess accounts are down - must be IS then?

WA account is working fine.
 
this is getting very annoying, but some int websites have been down for me since early this morning... now its all gone sigh
 
Why does this keep happening? This is getting f'ing old.

problem's not with afrihost, it's with IS connection. SAIX providers like WA are still up and running.
 
Got through to a Afrihost tech who confirms an IS problem. They have no information on what or when in terms of uptime. Anybody know any reasonably priced uncapped SAIX offerings ?

SAIX ==Telkom... no uncapped yet.
 
Same problem here. Both Afrihost and Axxess accounts down. After last time you would think they've made provisions by now.
