Afrihost Migration - Help a brother out!

I'm wanting to move away from Afrihost (as they rig competition votes / don't deliver what I pay for) and i've been looking at Vox as an alternative.

Currently i'm on uncapped at Afrihost an considering Vox for their uncapped as well HOWEVER i've got some questions:

* Is Vox uncapped usable during the day or is it throttled to hell in a hand basket?
* Is the uncapped unshaped after hours?
* Would you rather take the uncapped package or take a capped account and use fat pipe after hours? If so, why?
* How easy is it to move my line from Afrihost to Vox (I don't want to get to a point where my line is cancelled by *mistake* and i'm left holding my you know what in my hands.

EDIT: Looks like the uncapped is out of the question for me as its got quite a serious throttling policy when you reach a certain threshold...

As I said in the other thread,read the various comments on Vox, Crystal Web and Web Africa, and choose the one which doesn't have issues

It's been well documented on here. They *politely* (read between the lines) told staff to vote for them in the ISP of the year MYBB awards. You pretending otherwise is stupid and just plain ignorant.

Cancelling all my services with Afrihost. Their network has gone to the dogs and has been this way for a while. I've given them enough benefit of the doubt. I want the service I pay for, not 1/3rd of the service I pay for.

you still havent answered my question, which of the ISP's have no issues? Have you read the Vox, CW and Web Africa threads?

Sorry that you are having such a horrible experience on our new network, that is definitely not the norm.

Even if you are wanting to move away from us, we'd like to make your experience with us the best it can possibly be. Would you be willing to drop me a PM so I can try to help? :(

Stop being a troll. You can clearly see my Afrihost account is giving me 1/3rd of the performance I pay for. Whilst Vox is giving me 7/8th's of what I pay for. Afrihost has been on the decline for a while, additionally if you've got nothing better to say than go read then don't bother commenting.

I HAVE READ the other threads but i'm asking for current opinions / experiences. Go troll elsewhere.

lol if you think thats trolling, then i dont know any more. Fact is, you might be unlucky and having a crap experience, but somebody else is having a far better experience. If you have better experience on Vox, then why not stay on Vox and cancel with Afrihost? why ask the question still? so please dont try and be smart here, because you start off by throwing the rigged line of votes, and then still the Afri Reps try and respond to you in a respectable manner.

And fwiw, i directly asked you if you read the other ISP threads, and seen that there are also issues, people struggling and so on and not getting what they paid for.
