Afrihost Mobile APN package on contract MTN sim issues

Hi, did anyone else had issues getting afrihost's monthly data packages to work on their contract MTN sim cards?

I bought their uncapped package with contract mtn sim, but in clientzone it keeps failing with the last entry saying "unable to provision"

APN is set up correctly, but that doesn't matter as it doesn't get passed that initial stage of provisioning the sim.

I can't deal with their very slow responses on Whatsapp, and also keep going in circles, I want this issue resolved or I want my money back. @Afrigirl @AfriNatic

Hi.

For a contract sim, we have to add our APN manually with MTN. Please send me a PM with your account number.
 
Might not work. Had the same issue and seems for some numbers it’s not possible to use Afrihost’s APN

We have recently set up a spreadsheet with MTN to add our APN to contract numbers. It's a manual process for now but works.

Do you want to give your signup another go?
