Afrihost mobile data price cuts

When do the new packages take effect? Beginning of next month or immediately?
Reason I ask is that the new package name is reflected in my connectivity dashboard, but it still shows the old data allowance.

It's an immediate change, our team are pushing out the changes now so it may be a few hours before it reflects on ClientZone.
 
Why not reward your high end users as well ? Not complaining though, just an observation

We were already running at a very low profit margin on the high end packages and unfortunately we couldn't lower the prices anymore.*

We really, really want to - but the higher packages are already on really good pricing models. For now, we can't drop the price too much on the higher end packages :(
 
Wow, people are so damn ungrateful.

If you arnt happy, do something about it and stop complaining.
 
I must say I am happy with the speed and services I get from Afrihost. Adding something "free" to a product for the same price is a bargain these days! And it is not a contract! Keep it up guys!
