Afrihost mobile data used up

Going in Safari on my ipad I get a Afrihost client zone page stating I've used up my data and should log in to top up.
I'm on the 10GB package and this is impossible.

When I log into my afrihost account it says I have more than 5.2GB left for the month.

What's happening? Need to access internet today urgently from my ipad. Afrihost please help.

I had exactly the same issue in the week, I called customer services at AFrihost and they were aware of the problem, Fix required me to fully reboot the device and on my next log in it was fine.

Reboot and the issue was fixed. Thanks guys

Sorry about this, I know it can be annoying :( Our team are working on a fix for this though.

It happened this morning again. Phoned you help desk and they "refreshed" my account. It work. Will DM you should it happen again. Thanks for following up.

This happens to me almost monthly and on both my packages. It is most annoying. An email to support usually gets it reset, but still frustrating. It has been happening for quite some time too.

We're working on a permanent fix for this :)
 
Just dropping into the thread to say I have also experienced this today.

Reboot of the Afrihost mifi router fixed it.

Still, annoying.

I know a few clients are still experiencing this. We're also implementing changes so that if you hit the capped page and you have data, wait about 10-15 minutes and then reboot your device. You should automatically reconnect.

Otherwise get in touch with us, or PM one of the AfriReps here on MyBB and we'll get you sorted out :)
 
A month later and no "fix" as said.

Sigh.

I can't work like this!

My connection has been refreshed by two Afrihost people now and no difference whatsoever!
 
Same Problem with MiFi tried Reboot still gives Capped Message..
