Ya I've checked all of that multiple times just to be sure, it just stopped working. I've tried all the obvious things but no luck.

As far as we know, this should be possible. It may differ from phone model to phone model though, so check your user manual before you try it. From our tests, tethering works just fine :)
 
Well tonight been streaming youtube in hd at home. No issues at all. General web browsing all nice and quick as well.

Btw also updated iPad 2 to iOS 7 straight on the iPad and had no issues downloading the update.

Bravo!
 
There is no 3G connectivity in my area at all, very annoyed unable to do jack tonight, even tried forcing the connection to make use of 3G connectivity zero-signal.

On another note also tried downloading iOS 7 tonight, wasted 400 megs, now have to re-download the iOS from scratch, very disappointed.

I have both the original mobile two with Mifi, Mobile three both delivered both delivered by MDS.

Rather have peace of mind and get both but would be nice if you have 3/4 simcards for all the data to be allocated to 1 account than 3/4 differential individual simcards. That way I can update my apps on iPad, android etc, mifi.

Totally unfair it's called favoritism(Contract users) - what about their existing users who ordered the cards. example mobile three, I can understand for mobile two with mifi.

Did they assign another 10gig to your sim card, lucky fish if that is the case or did you order your APN package with 10gig and now have 20gig, if that is the case then u are lucky either way.
 
Thank you Afrihost for the 2 for 1 topup special. Wow needed it this morning after watching Youtube HD and downloading iOS 7 last night.

We would have liked to have multiple SIMS sharing data - but it's not possible through the current system we have with MTN's network. If it becomes a possibility, we'll obviously make some sort of plan around this.

If you already had the APN, then we would have excluded you from the list who were mailed, unless the number you provisioned was not your primary contact number.

Apple don't like caching - so it makes it hard all round. I had two or three dropped downloads as well, not to mention lots of Error/Try Again combos :(
 
Afrihost Mobile 2 & 3 died an hour ago on me. Anyone else having issues?

Still having issues. Routers rebooted as well.

This is very dissapointing. :(
Had I known this I would have waited before taking the APN deal. I'm basically being punished for taking the package early.

It's not our intention at all. If you think about it, we're still giving a ton of free data. If you signed up for for the 3+7GB, for example, you're still getting 7GB free on us - so everyone's really getting a very sweet deal with LOTS of free data :)
 
@Afriman: AfriMan has exceeded their stored private messages quota and cannot accept further messages until they clear some space. Sorry for the highjack

I'm pretty sure there's an option in vB to increase the messagebox size for certain groups. Maybe ask RPM?

vBulletin designs in such a way that administrator can set the maximum number of PM messages that each user in a particular usergroup are allowed to store in PM folders. The value of the stored PM limit is not a global setting, thus you won’t be able to find any option to set the parameter in “vBulletin Options”.

To change or increase or decrease the maximum number of stored PM allowed in vBulletin, go to AdminCP (Admin Control Panel). In the left pane, click on “Usergroup Manager” under “Usergroup” section. Then select “Edit Usergroup” in the drop down list and click on “Go” button next to the user group that you want to change to have more, or less PM storage space limit. A full options page for the usergroup selected will load. Scroll down to “Private Message Permissions” section. You will see “Maximum Stored Messages” option. By default, if never changed before, it will have the value of 50 in the text box. Increase or decrease the value to the number of PMs you want to allow members of this usergroup to store. Click on “Update” button at the bottom when done.
