Pretty awesome! Just remember there is a max of 30GB (so 10GB + 20GB Free) that you can claim either in one or multiple topups on the day. But you can claim the max on each Mobile Data product you have with us. That's still a shizz-load of FREE data ;)
 
this is 2nd time in a week im having same problem. still have enough data on my account but cant connect to internet at all. jusu no connectivity. when try to open a web page its redirect me to afrihost page and said u have used up all data on ur adsl accont go to clientezone. but when I check in clientzone its show my data and accont is activte. last time few days ago its stop 7pm and start 10pm. again today its just stop again around 7pm and till now nothing. anybody face this problem. its only my sim have prob here my friends are using same mobile three and have no prob.

Bad signal also does that buddy. It's not ADSL.

I don't have adsl im on mobile three sim. no signal issue. me and my friend are in same house but his sim working just fine. and I said its direct me to clientezone and I can log in and check my data. no signal are ok. they just capped. right now im using other sim

Exciting news to report, last month when I reached my cap wasn't able to browse any site example: clientzone, now you are able to browse clientzone*not sure if it is zero-rated)* and top-up your account

We don't zero-rate clientzone, but we allow you access when capped while you are still over a "soft" limit. Once you reach a "hard" limit, we won't though :(
 
What's this soft limit?

Just enough so you can still access your clientzone to topup if needed.
Last month i actually did 513mb over :whistle:
I guess it would have been more if i have more stuff queued, was just making sure i use up all my data before it expired :D
 
Hmm, ok explains it. Finished my cap (Checked CZ, then after 2 hours started downloading a 1080p video) then I went over by close to 1GB (wasn't my intention, I wasn't cut off).

Then all we can do is to wait for next month... or top-up from another ADSL account...

Wife 'n ooklet is out of hospital, now I've got my mifi router back :D

Seriously, I'm glad my baby's back again :D she's back to her old self, crawling all over the place and cheering us up (as well as keeping us busy) :D
 
came home a bit late this afternoon for the WP game & Mobile 3 was not working. :(

Had to insert my 8ta sim in my router so that I could stream the game.
 
I have to ask. do anybody have a problem with the email notification system? I am not getting my emails

How is this soft limit possible if I have noticed once I reach my cap(traffic is totally dead, downloads come to a stop then get directed to an HTTPS website. Unless this soft cap works for torrents possibly.

I am definitely sure it is zero-rates cause I have to add an exception to the SSL.

I was also under this impression last month that their RADIUS(account system) is delayed by a few minutes cause on mobile two last month got disconnected before I could even reach my cap limit, had issues connecting but mobile three worked without any issues whatsoever.

Possibly it is that or just the RADIUS having a delay.

I have been receiving them without any hiccups whatsoever.
